Custom Content Center Folders

I am making a custom content center. I copied some folders structure on it, and changed the name to our standards, always under the English language. Some colleagues use the content center in another language. When they open the custom content center in a different language, some of the folders that have been renamed disappear (not all). They need to copy the folders structure in the second language and rename the folders again.

Is there any way to avoid this? Why is this happening?

Provide some screenshots and maybe a screencast of what you are seeing when this happens. Are you sure your colleagues have no filters on their Content Center?
