Creating eccentric reducer

Hello

Can anyone tell me how I can make the connection between the 2 pipes in attachment, to become a eccentric reducer?

I don't know why, but the loft does not what I want....

A loft would be the correct way to create this.  Can you share your part file here so we can take a look at what you have so far?

Bit of a hack, but if you change the second solid to 'New Solid', loft the exterior profile, loft cut the internal profile, and combine back together it seems to work. Feel like this should be doable in 1 loft operation though 🤔

I seem to remember that I was never able to do either eccentric or concentric easily with only one loft.  But it's been a few years....  I'm glad you got it to work!
