Create Sheet Metal Formed Enclosure

Hello all and happy Friday!   I have never really used the sheet metal function of Inventor so my ability and knowledge is fairly limited.  I am attempting to create a formed enclosure frame that will be used as trim for a sandwich panel. The attached image is what my end goal will be.  Essentially fold all three sides, weld the mitered corners, slide the sandwich panel in and fold the final side to enclose the panel with the trim.  I was hoping someone can pass along a file that shows one corner and the workflow in how this can be achieved.

What version of Inventor are you using?  Nobody wants to put in the effort if you won't be able to open what they've created.
