Counter sunk holes on dxf

Hi All,

   A quick one. How do you show countersunk holes on dxf ? do you show both hole sizes (opening at top and through hole) or just the smallest dia. I usually accompany dxf with pdf so details are countersunk are sent to cnc operator. I would assume, if you show smallest hole dia which is through hole they can countersunk the top end, is that right ? Just not sure.

   Is Inventor HSM available on 2018 version ? I am on 2018 version. If so how to use it and where to find it ?
