Could someone please please help me understand this constraint headache?

I am trying to take over from someone who designed conveyor blocks as factory assets from scratch.  Please see the attached images, I cannot for the life of me how the constraints highlighted in red could POSSIBLY be the way they are;  they all seem to be saying that certain lines, which are CLEARLY not the same lengths, have been constrained to indeed be the same lengths.  What am I missing here?

Hi! The behavior does not make sense. This might be a corrupted constraint system. Try deleting them and re-applying the same constraints. I think it will fail. Please share the file here or send it to me directly (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com). I am more than happy to take a look and understand the behavior better.

Many thanks!

Those are Offset lines. He has probably created inside and then used offset to create the outside or vice-versa.

I wish I could create those constraints myself but those only come automatically as part of the offset. You can't create constraints to give you an offset relationship but that's how Inventor shows this.

Thanks very much for the replies!  Yes, I discovered that "Offset" creates the "equals-looking" constraint.  Whew.
