Copy part whilst maintaining origin constraints

Hi All, 

I am currently working with a point cloud and attempting place a heap of conveyor idlers inline with the point cloud, as the scan was completed in an attempt to understand mis alignment the idlers can not be placed with a pattern or and plane type constraint as the idler could be misaligned in all axis. 

Is there a way to copy a part and maintain the constrains so that when i dont have to add the 5 constraints every time?

Hi! Inventor does not have Copy Constraint workflow. The closest thing is to use iMate. But, you will need to set up the iMates before hand.

Are these constraints to the origin all planar offsets? If yes, you may could copy and paste the component and use Ground and Root command in Productivity section. Then adjust the offsets accordingly.
