How can i rotate and moove the coordinate system?

Take a look at this.

Instead of going to the constrain panel you can also right click the sketch and choose "Edit Coordinate System"

why do you want to move it?

Because i want to use just the place grounded at origin. I think origin as the same as coordinate system but i am not sure. I have to move and rotate the origin that i can use this constrain in assembly.
