Hy. I wish to find out if it's possible to convert this solid/sketch to sheet metal and apply a flange to it's edge.. Any tips are welcome!

well..that's the scratch.. 1.5mm thickness..Inventor it's able to make a flange on that curved surface and later give me the flatten?
can't find a solution 😞
Here it is. IV 2010 file. But I would check manually that the flat pattern dimensions are correct.

Igor.

here you go
well..thanks for your quick suggestions but If I need those flanged sides to be cut like this? Both? (mirror or?)..
Ok..saw that you guys succeed..saw your files but cannot get to the next point on my own.. here I am with my project. I should use contour roll for my rounded portion but..
Well..succeed for the first part.. now I must "Extrude" under Sheet-Metal the straight-parts.. any tips? Finally all this half will be mirrored to obtain the full part..
Thanks.. here it is.. but how do I rise up those to edges ?
Attach ipt file here.
Well..here it is but I also want to learn such tricks ..

First thing I noticed is that you did not fully constraint Sketch1 and use obvious symmetry about the origin.
Second - I would not use Extrude in a sheet metal part (as a beginner).
Third - when I post a solution to your problem - you should be able to reverse engineer the Feature Tree in the browser.
While I work up a solution, you might go through these -
