Hi,

Would/Could someone out there take the attached CC part and convert it to a normal part please. I've tried all the marco's/ilogics I could find but can't make it work.

Please covert to INV 2016 (no greater)

Thanks in advance!!

Here's what I suggest

Using the Content Center editor...  Edit this washer's family table and add a row (copying/pasting the existing one) and define your material you need for that instance.  Then you will need to add the material column as a key column so the material field will appear in the place from content center dialog.  You will also need to change file name structure as well so it incorporates the material info in it.

Then you can do a change size function and select the replace all option.

Just another option...  Smiley Wink

The code i used needs to be run in an assembly:
You place the offending part in an assembly, select it and then run the code.

I've skimmed the other posts (here and in the topic i linked) and it seems there is more code floating around for the same purpose, but since these parts are really locked down the "run from assembly" code i use seems to be the more functional one...

It's kind of funny to see such a legacy problem pop up again more then 10 years later.
