Contour Flange - Arc to Circle

I am hoping someone can help me with this.  I have a part that I need to convert to sheet metal.  I have created the arc to be tangent to the circle which is tangent to the final line; however, it still wont let me create the flange.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong!

What happens if you -

Drag the red End of Part Marker to just below Sketch1.

Right click on the red EOP and select Delete all below?

Too easy..

Remove Inventors "confusion" and it just works..

That worked!

Created the flange and then moved the EOF right back
