Content center problem with server

I try to insert a bolt with content center and I got this message : There was a problem encoutered while communicating with the server. Please check the network connection and serverr status.

I check my connection status, and I'm connected so..any idea of the problem?

Hi,

I saw the 2 pictures attached. The server status is okay, as you are still connected to \\sql1.

Is \\sql1 locslhost or a remote server?. However, the error could be because of a Network issue. Check if the WWW services & SQL AutodeskVault instance are up & running on \\sql1.
