Content Center Files Empty

I have recently downloaded Inventor 2019. Whenever I try to use frame generator I get an error. I have checked the location listed for my Content Center files and the folder is empty.

How do I continue in this situation? Are the files somewhere else, if so, how do I find them? Do I need to download the files, if so, where from?

Thank you.

Hi! This usually means two things. Either the CC libraries required to run Frame Gen are not included in the active project. Or, the CC Libraries cannot be found. Go to Get Started -> Project -> click on the little icon on the bottom right (Configure CC) -> make sure at least DIN and ANSI are checked.

The second place to check is in Tools -> Application Options -> Content Center. Launch File Explorer and go to the CC Libraries folder. Do you see .idcl files? If not, that mean CC is probably not installed correctly or the CC library files have been relocated after they were installed.

Last one to check. Go to Tools -> Add-In. Is Content Center Add-In loaded?

Many thanks!

I was unaware that I did not install the content libraries when installing Inventor. I resolved the issues by opening my inventor install media and installing the Content Center.

Thank you.
