Content Center empty after upgrading to Inventor 2019

Goodmorning,

We were working with Inventor 2018 and Vault basic when i created an own library in the CC.

Last week we upgraded to Inventor 2019 and Vault basic. After the upgrade our own CC library is available, but not the standard ones; DIN and ISO. I still want acces to this CC libraries, because when i want to add a new part to our own CC library which we didn't use before, i can copy them of the normal DIN and ISO libraries.

The Application options are the same on how we used Inventor 2018. Everything worked fine then.

As you can see in the project, only our own library is available.
