Constraints freezes the part

Hello!

This is making me nuts!

When I place ONE constraint between two parts, I cannot place a second constraint. The parts are already frozen.
I cannot drag around the parts. It doesn't matter what type of constraint it is. For example: I place a constraint with two holes together, I should be able to turn one part around this hole. But I can't. When I try to drag it around, there is a symbol like this Ø that normally appears when all possible constraints are set.

Please help me. I have lost almost a day of working because of this. This problem occured yesterday. Before that, I had no problems.

Kind regards
David

Thank you for your help.
But I still think it's very strange though. I have made bigger assembleys before without any problems.

I agree that this small  assembly is behaving strangely,
but you seem to have some issues with unrelated constraints. Creating a good
workflow using subassemblies minimizes the possibility, and also helps when
troubleshooting. Subassemblies improve large assembly performance and
speed.

The problem is caused by part S1-1293-13.ipt. See the attached picture. When you apply constraint, you assume the two faces are perpendicular to each other. But the actual angle between these two faces are 89.999848 deg.
