When I activate the command "Place Constraint" in an assembly, the window shows up as normal. When the mouse cursor is moved away from the menu, the menu rolls up leaving only the title bar. If I move the mouse over the title bar the menu rolls down.
This just randomly started happening. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated, as it is quite annoying.
