I'd love if this option would've been split in to 2 seprate check boxes so I wouldn't be pressing 0 -> enter, 500 times a day when I want Inventor to predict orientation.

If you deactivate that option, Inventor still predicts the orientation. Of course that prediction is not always correct, as it happens even if the option is on.
