Constraint error VEX Robotics V5 Bearing Flat to C-Channel

Hello,

I am encountering an issue with constraining a VEX Robotics bearing flat to a c-channel. Here is a video where I explain the issue: https://app.screencastify.com/watch/R8LmDNXPqliBYaDaqUAd 

What am I doing wrong? What I am attempting to do was not an issue in the past with older versions of Inventor.

Any help would be appreciated.

The faces are not perpendicular.
