Constraining parts from sub assembly to sub assembly

I have 2 sub-assemblies that are in one assembly together. The parts from sub assembly 1 need to align with parts in sub assembly 2. The parts need to stay aligned when opening up sub assembly 1 on its own. I have tried constraining the parts and keep getting a inconsistent relationship. I also tried making the sub assembly flexible which worked but the relationships are only in the assembly with both assemblies not when you open sub assembly 1 on its own. Is there a way to make it so the parts from sub assembly 1 align with the parts in sub assembly 2 and stay aligned when you open sub assembly 1 on its own?

Thanks for taking the time.

Not really.

To do that subassembly 2 need to be inside subassembly 1.

A reference part/sketch in both subassembly could align both parts in both assembly.

Share your assemblies and parts here.

And what you're trying to do.  Why and how they're align.  What they're doing in real life.

Some one could have different solutions.
