Constraining arc with an angle and radius.

How do we constrain an arc using angle and radius given that the arc is symmetric around an axis. For example refer to the attached part. I have constrained the smallest arc R50 with radius and angle, and symmetry around the Y axis. But to achieve this, I had to draw the construction lines to specify the subtended angle. Is it possible to apply the angular dimension for the arc without creating those construction lines ?
