Concave/Convex fillets

I have an aluminum "web" that has flanges pressed on to outer and inner edges as pictured in screenshot.  The web has parameters that can change which are shown in parameters dialogue box under user parameters.  Trailer_width currently stays at 102", trailer_height can change...currently I've only used 85" and 79" as shown, top_rail_width stays at 96" for now and floor_width changes between 54", 62" and 70".  My issue I'm having is I need the flanges on outer/inner edges to update on parameter changes but in some cases where I have the arrows at the radius could be concave or convex depending on parameter changes.  How do I get my flanges to update in length when the radius can toggle between concave and convex radii?  I do have links between values using arc lengths and radii of different areas on the web so the flanges update accordingly.

I've added the assembly that is close to what the web/flange should look like, again......the lower inner/outer radii could be concave or convex depending on parameters.  Arc lengths aren't quite accurate so the flanges aren't fitting right.

@J.Oye

I didn't check with your model to see if edits would change from convex to concave, but my first thought was to try Face Fillets rather than Edge Fillets (Corner Rounds).

...and here is a tip: When using Pack and Go - don't normally included

especially OldVersions and Templates folders.

I still somehow need to link the lengths of inner/outer flanges to the web and there wouldn't be an easy way to do it If I tried the face fillet.  Ideally the fillets should be in the sketch so I can add the same radius/arc lengths between the webs and flanges so the parts fit.
