Computer crashing when using the "Shell" command

My computer keeps crashing when I try to use the "Shell" command on a part that I also used the "Sweep" command on. The command loads, but then when I try to go through with the command, the program freezes.

we can tell it's the 2023 version but without more info we're pulling at straws here.

Are both Inventor and what ever operating system in use, are they both fully updated?

Graphics card type and are those drivers up to date?

I see some face boundaries that I would not expect to see in simple geometry.

Hi! Inventor should never crash. Please share the file. I would like to understand the Shell crash better.
