Component pattern - Making parts independent

In Inventor 2022 there was the option to make a component patterns parts independent.

I'm using inventor 2023 and they seem to have removed this option, perhaps moved it?

Any element of a component pattern can be made independent... except for Element:1.  If you have included the component from which the pattern as made in your selection, Independent will not be available.  Otherwise, it will:

The option is only available for the second and other pattern instances, not the first one (the source component). Please share the files that exhibit the behavior.
