Hi! 2020.3 update will be available soon. You will be able to reference 2021 files in 2020.3 as if they are derived.

@lena.talkhina Lena, You can check which updates are available for 2020 at this page or through a simple google search. As you can see 2020.3 was released on Apr 27, 2020

The read me files don't talk about any compatibility issues related to Inventor 2021 though..  Seems to just be all bug fixes.
