Changing keyboard shortcut on right click menu

When changing the command of shortcut keys, we can do this on [customize]>[keyboard].
However, the keyboard shortcut on the right click menu doesn't appear and can't change the shortcut key.

If we can change all of the short cut keys, it will reduce mistakes.

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Could you share a screen shot of what you see in the right click menu for the shortcut, and maybe one of the setting for the shortcut itself?  Thanks.
