Changing Colors of Assembly Constrain Selections

Hope I can explain this well enough.

I'd like some help and advice on how to change the colours of the selected assembly constraints.

In the first image you can see that both the first and the second selections are shown in the same shade of blue, which means that if I go back to edit them or I need to repair them I don't know which is which and I usually have to delete both and start again. Time I don't have! I'd like to assign a different color to the second selection.

The second attached image is where I would assume I need to go to make that change but I can't find which one changes the assembly constrain selections.

Can anyone help please?

Hi!

Yes, you got a good point, in some cases we can't know for sure what color is the right color.

But... you can change it:

In TOOL tab, select Application Options, go to Tab COLORS, hit the CUSTOMIZE  SCHEMES... find the constraints' colors ...and "play" with them.

Thanks for your reply, but that's the point, I can't find the constraints colors. Do you know which sub-menu it appears in?

Let's go.

 After hit the Customize Schemes color:

Create a New Scheme based in one existent you like  (I don't advise to mess with the standard ones.... let them be)

Go to SELECTION  and the primary, secondary and tertiary select will be applied in several places, including the constraints. Don't forget to play with the translucency to get better results.

If you don't want to fiddle with customizing your colors, pick a different color scheme.  I'm using the Millennium scheme, and the constraint colors are distinct, one a shade of blue, the other a shade of yellow (and a shade of pink for the third selection, if needed).
