Change visibility of Extrusions in Stress Analysis

I have inventor 2015.

I am trying to apply a force to a surface on the inside of a box. picture attached, the picture on the left shows the complete box with outer shell and the picture on the right shows the inner skeleton with 16 grooves i need to apply forces to. Is there a way to suppress or change visibility of a feature to apply the forces then change it back for the simulation?

Split to remove the top of box.

In FEA, after applying your internal load - remove the Split feature from the analysis.

Hi! You will need to suppress the features before performing FEA analysis. After the analysis is done, you can unsuppress the features. Or, you can derive the part into another part. Use Delete Face -> Heal (Modify -> expand the panel) to remove the slot faces. Then perform FEA on this simplified part.

Many thanks!
