Center distance by Inventor vs. visible model

Hi,

I design gear with using Spur Gears Component Generator. My ratio is 4.4, module: 2 mm., z1=17, z2= 75. The counted "Center Distance" is 92 mm, and the result is in line with theory: a0=0,5*m*(z1+z2).

However, when I set it on the model, the gears seem to be blocked. You can see it on the attached photo:

As you can see, pitch circles are tangential but there is the collision. Here I give you my factors:

Shoud I change the "Addendum" or "Clearance" or just Inventor model is simply innacurate?

Thank you

The gears are by default simplified "cosmetic" gears.

To get true involute curve teeth without interference you must Export Tooth Shape.

This will give you additional tools for creating correct forms.
