Cant make shell

Hi, 

I can't make a shell of solid 5. It worked with solid 4, they are the same but mirrored. 

I receive this message:

I haven't made any shell, or hollow part. 

Can u see what the problem with the part is?

There is this little piece left over in solid 5:

If I use Delete face and window select and remove that, then the shell works. Please see attached...

Hi! This is an excellent detective work by Brad. The little sliver face came from the FaceDraft1. It seems to have something to do with the round in that area. Move EOP to above the FaceDraft1. There is a triangular face created by the Fillet. Use Delete Face/Heal to remove the triangular face. The faces will look much smoother.
