cant create flat pattern

Hi im new to inventor I know theres still a lot to learn pls help i cant unfold the attached file, please help what im missign thanks! this 3d model was created in autocad 2020 and exported to inventor 2020.

omg i just got this channel flatten with .000380 culprit, this is great got this one solve and probably will apply on next plate thank you for this troubleshooting on my channel

but still having problem on the pipe model wont able to rip but JDMather said its a bad model

hi JDMather how can i run a quality check on inventor so that I could any model from autocad?

Hi! I thought I already provided the answer (Thicken -> Intersect). The body quality is fine. It is just that the bend zone thickness is inconsistent. Please take a look at the part.

I have another diagonal member i want to rip and create  cut template, i cant rip this of, please advise whats wrong with this model so I will know next time how to create correctly see attached

hi sorry for not so clear, yes its a diagonal member of a space frame column both ends are 6 od vert pipe, im trying to rip it so i could create a cut template for cutting the ends of this pipe

this is awesome JD thank you!, I attached a dwg so that I will know if my 3d autocad will work for inventor, because im loosing my mind in figuring out what hell im missing why i cant rip this off even a simple pipe it so hard for me, i did thickening, change the metal thickness etc, can you please tell me the steps you made, to make this work im new to this, and im frustrated, thanks!
