Cannot open file "...templates/standart.ipt"

Hello. I have a problem with standart.ipt file. While i was starting fusion360, the electricity was cut off and fusion360 became unavailable to start. I tried to uninstall but it didn't work. Thus, i tried to delete all files manually as shown in website. I did it and it didt'n work. I decided to do system restore. Yes, fusion360 started and was able to use. Then, when i tried to start Inventor, i realised that Inventor cannot open "standart.ipt" when it is started. Now i know that, i have the file but the program cannot read/open it. Probably the reason is manually deleting mistake. Can anyone suggest solving way about it?

This is the website which includes manually deleting process :

I would try recovering from the Windows Recycle Bin your Autodesk folder that you deleted. I suspect that you probably deleted the Public Folder. You might be best served to un-install Inventor and re-install if you can't recover from the Recycle Bin.

Use the Autodesk Un-Install Tool in the Autodesk Program directory (from the Start>Programs) icon.

Sometimes, i clean my computer with CCleaner. As I know, CCleaner deletes recycle bin permanently. If you know how i can bring back, i will be glad to be informed.

By the way, I uninstalled Inventor and install again. It didn't work.

The version which has the problem was inventor 2017. Thus i thought that the problem is in inventor 2017 so i can install inventor 2016 and use it. i tried to install inventor 2016 but the same problem has occured. Now i cannot use any inventor product and that is a too bad situation for my projects.

Thank you for your respond.

Have a good day.

What IPJ (Project file) do you have set?

Might need to find the one you need, or create a new one?    Make sure you have the  Application Option files pointing to the right template folder ...

Thanks for respond. It worked and i can open standart.ipt now. However, i have a new problem because of deleted folder "proteinrun". In attachments, you can see the problem which is called "serious error". Is there any solution about it ? I think that if i download "proteinrun" folder, the problem will be solved but i don't know any website or directory to download it. Do you know a directory or website ?

Have a nice day.

Probably far to late for that. Did you do a proper un-install of Inventor? Autodesk supplies a tool that does a proper removal of it's products.

Yes i did. I use the normal uninstall program for autodesk. Then i re-installed but installation doesn't install "proteinrun" folder.
