Cannot load Autodesk Material library

I want to create a custum material, but when I click on material sheet I get the message as shown in the picture. when I look at my project settings I also see that the autodesk libraries are in red.

How can I solve this?

Hi! I believe this is an incomplete install. You need to have Autodesk Material Library, Base Res Library, and Low Res Library installed. Please close Inventor and rerun Inventor install to include the missing libraries.

If nothing works, you may need to uninstall Inventor and reinstall it.
