Cannot figure how to place custom title block to desired location

I'm walking into someone elses work here.

I am trying to get the bottom right title block to fall .25" from the side and bottom of the far right side of the 11x17 sheet.

It appears that the other person has some alignment of the border and the title block.

If you insert the title block to a blank page its off. Once you import the border the title block snaps close to where I want but not exact.

Where do I put an insertion point grip OR what ever it is I need to get that .25" spacing?

-Template is attached

-Using inventor 2022

To create an insertion point, use this (in red), under the Sketch tab:

The one above that, which I highlighted in blue is the connection point grip, which allows it to snap to other points, and usually your insertion grip should also be marked (toggled) as a connection point grip too. Please see if these help.

Yes, but where does that point need to be? I have toggled through all the corners and I'm missing something...

If I make a brand new basic border with no point insertions and then make a new title block with no insertion points, how does it know to snap the corners together?

You typically insert the title block into a drawing template and drag it until it snaps onto another drawing feature. Then every drawing afterwards that is created off from such template should respect that arrangement, with a few exceptions when you edit a sheet to modify its size manually and the border is a fixed block (for example, from AutoCAD), which will not adapt/grow with the sheet size change.
