cannot download edrawings for inventor

When I try to download eDrawings for Inventor and enter my name and email address it says it cannot do it due to an invalid email address. The email address is my primary email that I use daily so I know it works. Does anyone on this forum have any experience with that happening. Thanks.

The last time I looked for Edrawings, I had to download it directly from Dassault Systems, not Autodesk.  I was looking for the Edrawings publisher for Creo at the time.

Are you trying to download something from the Autodesk App Exchange, or from Dassault?

I was trying to download it from the Dassault website. Here is the message I get: "Sorry, The email you have entered is not eligible". I tried a different email address with the same result.

Yes, that is the site I tried downloading it from.

I used a non-existing email and I can download.

Did not enter phone number or company name.

Maybe the country you enter?
