Cannot Display Custom Pin Properties Using Cable and Harness Report Generator

I am trying to use the Cable and Harness report generator to output a spreadsheet with all of the necessary information for my wire harness. I am specifically looking to export the part number of the terminal that I specify when I create the pins on my connectors.

To test it I have added the property PN to both the connector pin and the wire pin of one of my pins to test (ideally it would just be the connector pin name)

(this is my connector pin)

This is what my report generator looks like:

This is an example output I am getting

I don't understand why the test PN does not show up in the from pin1

For context, I am using Inventor 2022 Cable and Harness addon.

It has been a while since I have done this, but is it because the PIN is not ticked in the report box?

I tried that, for some reason when you check more than one or two of the boxes in the "Select objects to report" area than it only allows you to select "NONE" in the "Link type" row. I would guess it is because it doesn't know what parts to link to other parts.

I figured out how to do it using the "Wire" as the object to report. However, I am having difficulty getting it to display each of the connectors now since the connectors have to be referenced with a link now.

Does anyone know a way to get it to make a new file for every RefDes when you are reporting Wire data?

Ok so I found a solution I am happy with. I will post my solution here for anyone who is interested. I had to create 2 report files, one for the connectors one way and one for the other way that way the two and from for all connectors are represented.

Both report config files have the same "Filter" and "Format" tabs

This is an example of the table generated for one direction of the wires flow:

and here is the opposite direction:

When I generate a report using these two files I get files working properly with everything I want

Thanks everyone for the help.
