Has this part been altered in any way?  Looks to me that the part is missing or moved and that is why FG is struggling to delete it.

Promoted ? ? Come on, real issue - Frame Generator does not hold together very well.

Hello @dennisreeve I've found that some ways are more advantageous than others in organizing the skeleton sketch.

When you delete members do you RMB > Delete with Frame Generator?

If you can provide a simple example with Pack & Go as .zip so forum experts can comment on further that would be helpful.

There has been one instance where this happened to me out of at least a thousand times of working fine.  I use frame generator in tandem with iLogic daily with building curtain walls and punch window systems. Used correctly it works fine in my opinion.

I have the same issue. RMB "Delete with Frame Generator" gives this:

RMB "Promote Frame Generator Components" has no effect. Part still cannot be deleted.

However, RMB "Demote Frame Generator Components" creates the sub-assembly, which can then be deleted.

Another workaround that should not have to occur.
