Cannot create 2 kinds of bolted connection in the same plate

Hello everyone, I have a question about the bolted connection:

I created a bolted connection and then pattern it. afterward, I continued creating another bolted connection in the same plate ( different location), but when I finished, all the bolted connection was disappeared and only 2 holes remained. What's the problem?

Can anybody solve my problem please, thank you guys so much.

But the problem occured when I created the bolted connection with the linear placement ( without creating holes), 

When created the second connection, both of the connection was disappeared and only remained the holes. However, idk why when I change to another PC, then there's no such a problem like that.
