Cannot check 'Export Parameter' box?

Hello, 

I was making a model that gets it's parameters from a derived part. Now I added a user parameter in the original part but it doesn't show up in the derived part, and I can't check the Export Parameter box in the original part (see screenshot). 

When I click Edit Derived Part I also can't select the new parameter, it just doesn't show up (see second screenshot). 

Does anyone know how to fix thix?

Hi,

I don't think you can export "text" parameters. Are you able to change this to a unitless number?

You're right, when I add a numeric parameter I can check the box. I guess I need to change the value to 52,3 instead of St. 52.3 because it doesn't allow me to fill in letters...
