is it possible to cut a view with SECTION Tool, going on one side and with the same section, also have it going on the other side ?
otherwise I would have to put one cut line on top of the other
ex: with the K section, I would want the arrows up and down for 2 sections on the same level but going in different directions

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..
That's not a definition of a true section view in drawing terms.. They are consider two different section views and require 2 different section lines..

You will have to put two section lines on top of each other to achieve what you desire. Unless you are showing hidden lines in your sections, which is not to any standard, what you want is of little use because the cut line is crossing the same feature.
