Can't subtract two solids

I'm working on a bent threaded rod and I'm having some issues subtracting two solids. 

Attached is the model file.

Hi! I guess the Sweep geometry has minor deviation. Try this. Make XY plane visible. Edit Sweep1 -> change it to Guided -> select XY plane as the guide. After that, the Boolean should work.
