Can't Select Edge in Frame Generator Although I Can Select Another

Hi!

I created a 3D sketch in a part and made sure it was confined and looped yet when I add it to an assembly and start generating a frame using frame generator it won't select a few of the edges. I have no idea what's causing that and what strategy can I take to start debugging this. Help me out please if you can.
The red lines are the ones inventor can't read.

I was able to generate the frame after I made a few more 2D sketches with the help of project geometry, but I'm still curious to know why my 3D sketch wasn't working.
