Can't offset sketch from projected geometry onto work plane.

I want to make my sketch 0.005 inch smaller. When I try to use the Offset tool in my sketch for the work plane, I get a stop sign cursor, no preview and no ability to change anything. It looks like I can change the length of a component in the sketch in this screenshot but when I type something in it changes back to what it was before.

I got the sketch by choosing Project Geometry on a 90 degree plane. Is it possible to offset the sketch?

Most likely due to a radius that would not be able to be reduced.

Hi! The 2D Sketch Offset isn't good at handling degenerated geometry. I suggest you extrude the profile as a surface and use Thicken/Offset command to offset the surface inward. Then profile the edges to the sketch.

Many thanks!
