Can't install Content Libraries on Windows 10

no matter how many times I tried to install content libraries from Windows Control Panel , it still can't find the path of the content.

how to fix it ?

If you could be a little bit more detailed with the problem (and you are not too much in a hurry) I could give it a try.

What do you mean by "content libraries"? Do you mean the *.idcl files?

Yes more detail is required..  Is this related to desktop content center or Vault.  If the former then the content center installation is done through the installation of the product.   If its Vault, then the content center installation is done on the Vault server.   In addition what version of Inventor is this?
