Can someone make this a solid?

I'll admit it. I ignored all those excellent tutorials by JDMather and haven't had the discipline to learn dealing with surfaces like I should.

Much to my chagrine, the attached STEP file comes in as a collection of surfaces.

Feed a man a fish: Can someone please turn this into a solid? Any version will do - I'm using 2010.

Teach a man to fish: Alternatively (or in addition), what's the process one must undergo to turn this file into a solid?

See attached step file.

Looks like step file attachments are verboten. Here it is as a zip.

After you have it imported you can simply use the STITCH command and it should work out for you. Make sure you examine your Options button before hitting the Open button for more options when you import.

I opened the step file using the default options which resulted in a single composite. I then clicked Stitch and picked the composite. It stitched nicely to a solid. I have attached the result. You will need to move the End of Part below Stitch Surface1
