Cam tab on inventor Pro is not there

I tried to download HSM works could not download then I tried uploading HMS ultimate then go all the way to the end where it says install says already installed it but there's a round circle with a slash in it red and cut install I have the student of version thank you

What do you see in Inventor? 

 

Also, do you have anything showing in your ADD-in manager?

Normally HSMWorks is used with the SolidWorks application.  HSM is used with Autodesk Inventor.  I am guessing you installed the wrong application.
