Hi

How do i calculate the following for Extrusion-2 using Inventor 2019?

1. Surface area of Extrusion-2 [area in yellow]

2. Volume of Extrusion-2 [area in yellow]

Can Inventor 2019 calculate these 2 properties?

There are multiple ways of doing this.

1. Do an Extrude rather than Extrude-Cut as New Solid, get the iProperties and then Combine-cut (but this will give you the ends included in the Area).

2. Derived Component

Example below, if  you still can't figure it out - I can use your actual file to demonstrate the techniques.
