Hi, i am working on making wiring harness of the vehicle overall assembly that have subassemblies.
But the cable and harness doesn't available. Anyone know why this happen?

Look at the last icon in your image. You are in express mode.. Load full to obtain this ability.
Do you use or know about express mode?

Hi! Like Mark said, the assembly is opened in Express mode. Most of the add-in environments are not available. You will need to click on Load Full. Or, close the files. Go to Tools -> App Options -> Assembly -> uncheck "Enable Express mode."
