Cable and Harness Splice Configuration (.cfg) file location

Does anyone know where to find the Cable and Harness Library Splice Configuration File(.cfg)? I was able to find the Wire configuration file in the download of the help files but I have been unable to find the splice one so I can create company specific splices so I can configure them and export them for coworkers.
