Bugged Bolted Connection

As I create this bolted connection, it appears that my newest bolt will be placed inside of the created socket. However, the bolt ends up being placed in a wierd location inside the central cavity of my assembly! Does anybody have a solution? I am using Inventor Pro 2017.

Do you really really want to use a 0-80UNF?

Oh, nevermind. I could just click and drag the assembly into place.
