Browser Download of 2020 error

Hello all,

I am attempting to download Inventor 2020. 

The Install kept crashing, so i have tried browser download. But i keep getting the error:

Product download consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not been downloaded yet.

I have never had this problem before.

Does anyone have an idea how the files could be missing, or have not been downloaded yet?? And how to fix this?

I have also unblocked pop ups

There are more than only one window for confirmation of the download parts. Perhaps one of them was not checked.

They are appearing shortly behind one another.

I have seen this issue and now know what to look for.

When you are downloading, depending on what browser you are using - there should be a progress "bar".

As @WHolzwarth implies, expand that download progress window and in my experience when Part 1 is completed, it does not automatically progress to Part 2 and 3 - I have to manually select these.

I wish I had a screen capture of what I am referring to as it can be a hidden step.

Later today I might go through the process just to grab that screen.
What browser are you using?

I assume that you know that in the end you need these three files.

I have Inventor 2020 downloaded now.

I  have the same problem.
Whenever I try to download the 2021 or the 2020 version of the Inventor it gives me a failure message.
If im choosing to manually download it, I can only download part 1. And if i choose to let the setup wizard do the work for me it'll only download and install half of the files

My question is how can i access the 2nd and 3rd part of the files? (via browser download)
