1. This Windows Update will fource Explore Dark mode,                               (Make sure you have Windows Dark Mode turned on for all Apps).

[Windows 11 update] 2025-11  Preview Update (KB5070311)          (26200.7309)

And it should say Successfully installed on ‎12/‎x/‎2025.

To verify you have the update go to Windows Update look for Update         history, open it and check Update. (See screen shoot for results)

Note: this does not fix the border on Explorer, Unfortunately.

1. Rectify 11 Version 4 is not released as of yet. It will create dark mode, (immerse black mode) through all pallets, dialog boxes and legacy menus, ( so all windows will be one theme Black).                            (see screen shots)

I hope I can help as my eyes are very sensitive  to the (Bright White) also and will continue looking for a turn solution.
